For this practice, sit down comfortably with good posture, bring your right hand into Vishnu Mudra, and let’s get started.

Start by bringing your right hand into Vishnu Mudra, exhaling all the air out of your lungs, and placing your right thumb onto your right nostril holding it closed.
Breathe in through the left nostril for 1, 2, 3, 4
Close both nostrils and hold the breath for 1, 2, 3, 4
Then release your thumb and exhale through the right nostril for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8
Now breathe in through the right nostril for 1, 2, 3, 4
Close both nostrils and hold the breath for 1, 2, 3, 4
Now release the left nostril and exhale for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8
And continue (10 rounds is best).

After doing 10 rounds of the one I taught you above, you can also do ten rounds Inhaling for 4, holding for 8, and then exhaling for 8 and do 10 rounds of that and then after that you can even inhale for 4, hold for 16, and exhale for 8 and do ten rounds of that for a total of 30 rounds (a full practice). The last one (the one where you hold for 16) is a bit difficult however so if you feel like it is too hard, then please skip it.
