Directions:
Sheet mask for one person (You’ll need a compressed sheet mask):
Grab a small pinch of rose petals and put them into your Mortar. Then put about half of a teaspoon of Aloe Vera gel. You can use your pestle to kind of mash the roses into the Aloe Vera gel. After that, you can put some water or rose hydrosol in there to make it go a little farther. You can put as little or much as you want, depending how wet and runny you want it to be. But we just want our compressed sheet mask to be able to soak it up.
Once you’ve put all your ingredients in, use your pestle to combine and mash them all together.
Once the ingredients are combined (it should be a sort of reddish pink color at this point) it’s time to open your compressed sheet mask and plop it into the mixture. It should soak it up and expand. You may need to add a little more water or hydrosol if it’s not expanded all the way or if it’s too dry.
Then all you need to do is put it on your face and leave it for about 15-20 minutes or until dry.
Spreadable mask for one person:
To make this a spreadable mask you can apply directly to your face we will do the same thing as above, but instead of adding more liquid than Aloe Vera gel, we’re going to add more Aloe Vera gel than liquid. You still want to put a tiny bit of hydrosol or water, but I would only do about one teaspoon. As for the Aloe Vera gel, I would probably put about a tablespoon or just enough to cover your entire face.
And that’s it!
