Ahhhh… mindfulness, the heart and soul of….basically everything. Haha get it? HEART AND SOUL….MINDFULNESS?? No? okay never mind.
AAAANyways, so as I said, mindfulness is the heart and soul of….really everything! What I mean by that is that mindfulness is WAY more important than lots of people may think. Your body and your mind are CONNECTED, and without your mind, your body can’t function! Even if you just have anxiety, or stress, or really if you’re just upset in some way, it can actually cause problems with your health and body. JUST being calm, and happy can impact your life in such a HUGE way, and is so so VERY important!
So that’s why in this category, I’m going to be sharing with you ways to be more happy, yoga, meditation, goal setting, faith and having a connection with God, habits, exercise and moving your body in general, and really just taking care of your mind and being calm!
