Yes…. IT’S TIIIIMMEEE FOR ANOTHER INTRO!!! And this intro is going to be for the Food and Drinks category!
So obviously nutrition is SUPER important, BUT lots of being happy and healthy through food is actually your MINDSET! That’s right people! Enjoying your food makes it THAT much more nutritious! So if you want a food that maybe has allot of sugar, or is really processed, then if it will make you happy, GO FOR IT! I mean maybe it’s not THE BEST to have fast food EVERYday, but you shouldn’t restrict yourself from it.
And OBVIOUSLY you will need some water or a drink of some sort to go with your food! HYDRATION IS KEY to having a healthy body. Hydration solves LOTS of health issues, and lots of health issues are caused by dehydration!
